6. CASE CV10-011: Submitted by Leazar Avitia, a request for a Variance to the minimum rear yard setback requirements. The applicant requests a twelve foot (12’) rear yard setback in order to bring into compliance a 1,144 sq ft existing site built home; where a twenty-five foot (25’) rear yard setback is required.
