CASE # SU10-010/VIGIL: The applicants, Ascención and Delia Vigil, Vanessa Vigil, Agent, are requesting a Special Use Permit to establish the existing 1,216 sq. ft. mobile home primary structure as accessory living quarters. The applicants seek to place a 2,128 sq. ft. mobile home and designate it as the primary dwelling on the 2.02-acre parcel. The property is located northeast of the City of Las Cruces, is addressed as 9631 Hondo Rd. and is zoned ER 3M (Residential, 1-acre minimum new lot size, single family site built and mobile homes). It is described as a part of the Southwest ¼, of the Southwest ¼, of the Southwest ¼, of the Northeast ¼ of Section 10, Township 22 South, Range 3 East, N.M.P.N. of the U.S.G.L.O. Surveys as recorded in the office of the Doña Ana County Clerk in Book 280, Pages 197-198, on May 17, 1983, and can be further identified by Map Code # 4-016-128-048-420.

CASE # Z10-009/ROSALES: The applicant, Juan Rosales, Inez Villegas, agent, is requesting a Zone Change from ER3 (Residential, 1-acre new lot minimum, single-family site-built homes) to ER ¾ M (Residential, ¾ -acre new lot minimum, single-family site-built and mobile homes) on a 9.44-acre parcel in order to subdivide the parcel into nine lots ranging in size from 0.86 to 0.96-acre net with the required fifty-foot (50’) road easement pursuant to a court-ordered subdivision to settle the estate of Manuel A. Rosales. The parcel is located within Section 23, Township 22 South, Range 1 East, and is described as USRS Tract 5-18G1A and part of USRS Tract 5-18G1F recorded on July 2, 2010 as Instrument # 1017077 in the Doña Ana County Clerk’s office. The parcel is addressed as 144 Rosales Farm Rd, and can be further identified by Map Code # 4-005-130-230-370.
