5. CASE # CV10-008: Submitted by José Gamboa, a request for a Variance to road access standards within the Performance District in order to pursue Case #PDR (H) 10-008, a High Intensity Residential Application for four (4) mobile homes. The applicant is proposing a sixty-six foot (66’) graded road and utility easement; where a sixty (60) foot wide right-of-way or easement with thirty-six (36) feet of improved roadway is required. The 1.52-acre parcel is located on 16 Los Olivos Road, in Anthony, NM and is identified as being in Township 26 South, Range 3 East, and Section 14; recorded on January 26, 1993 in Book 366, Page 432 in the office of the Doña Ana County Clerk. The parcel can be further identified by Map Code # 4-017-153-287-083. This case was postponed to this date at the regularly scheduled meeting of the P&Z on October 28, 2010.

The parcel is addressed as 16 Los Olivos Road, in Anthony, NM and is identified as being in Township 26 South, Range 3 East, and Section 14; recorded on January 26, 1993 in Book 366, Page 432 in the office of the Doña Ana County Clerk. It is identified as being within Section 35, Township 24 South, Range 2 East; recorded on October 13, 2006 in Book 754, Page 1283 in the office of the Doña Ana County Clerk.
