5. Case # PUD10-002/Type 2: Submitted by Alex Hernández. The applicant is proposing to construct a three hundred and forty five foot (345’) tall self-supporting telecommunication tower. The 90.0-acre parcel is in Performance District (PD) zoning, and borders El Paso County, Texas south of Chaparral, NM. It is on the west side of Hwy 213, within Section 32, Township 26 South, and Range 5 East, recorded on April 26, 2006 in Book 705, Pages 713-715 in the Doña Ana County Clerk’s office. The parcel can be further identified by Map Code # 4-026-156-250-220.

6. Case # CV10-006: Submitted by Martha Hurtado, a request for a Variance to the minimum rear yard setback requirements. The applicant requests an eight foot (8’) rear yard setback in order to bring a site-built home into compliance; where a twenty-five foot (25’) rear yard setback is required. The applicant also requests an eleven foot (11’) front yard setback; where a twenty-five foot (25’) front yard setback is required. The 0.17-acre parcel is zoned PD (Performance District) and is addressed as 755 Parque Avenue in Berino, NM.
