The Las Cruces Extra-Territorial Zoning Commission agenda for a public hearing to be held on Thursday, September 2, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. in the County Commission Chambers at 845 N. Motel Boulevard, Las Cruces, New Mexico.

1. Case ETZS-10-008W: A waiver request to subdivision requirements for a subdivision proposal known as Case ETZS-10-008, Johnson Estate Subdivision No. 2, Replat A. The Subdivision Regulations, specifically Article IV. Section 4.2B require road improvements to all roads adjacent to the proposed subdivision be improved to the City’s design standards. The subject subdivision is located near the intersection of Shalem Colony Trail and West Picacho Avenue (Highway 70). Submitted by Centerline Services for Bryan Johnson and Picacho Valley Group, property owners.
