CASE # SU10-001/LITTLEFIELD: The applicant, Wesley Littlefield, Carlos Gallegos, agent, is requesting a Special Use Permit to place an 840 sq. ft. mobile home on his property as accessory living quarters. The 2.88-acre parcel is zoned ER 2M (Residential, two-acre minimum new lot size, single-family site-built and mobile homes), with the existing 1440 sq ft. mobile home serving as the primary residence. It is addressed as 9349 Grandview St., and is described as being part of the Northwest ¼ of Section 31, Township 21 South, Range 3 East, recorded on March 25, 1997 in Book 83, Pages 1574-1575 in the Doña Ana County Clerk’s Office.
