4. Case PUD09-001: Submitted by Productos Real, an application for a Planned Unit Development Overlay Zone (PUD), Type 2. The applicant is proposing to construct an 8,957 sq. ft. food processing facility with future expansion totaling 15,000 sq. ft. The property is located at 25 Crossroads Ave approximately ½ mile northeast of the intersection of NM 478 and Joy Drive near Anthony NM within Section 3, Township 26 South, and Range 3 East. It can be further identified by Map Code # 4-016-153-402-381.
