4. Case # PUD09-002: Submitted by Scanlon White Inc., a request for a Planned Unit Development Type 2. The applicant is proposing to operate a rock quarry on an 80-acre parcel. The area of operations will be contained within 11.8-acres and the operation will consist of screening, sizing, and stockpiling of rock used primarily for landscaping. No crushing is being done or planned. The subject property is located north of Radium Springs, NM within Township 20 South, Range 2 West, and Section 24. The property can be further identified by Map Code # 3-007-118-336-521.

5. Case # CV09-002: Submitted by Maria Guillen, a request for a Variance to road access standards within the Performance District. The applicant is proposing a fifty foot (50’) gravel road easement in order to pursue a Summary Subdivision, which would create five (5) new lots. The subject parcels are located on the northwest corner of Hurt Rd. and Frodo Pl. in Fort Selden, NM, within Section 11, Township 21 South, Range 1 West, and can be further identified by Map Code Nos. 3-002-122-160-220, 3-002-122-180-205, and 3-002-122-170-240.
