4. Case # PDR (H) 09-006: Submitted by José Ramírez, a request to allow one (1) additional mobile home on a 9.10-acre parcel for a total of three (3) mobile homes within the Performance District. The subject property is located at 1595 Quitman Street in Chaparral, NM within Section 5, Township 26 South, Range 5 East, and can be further identified by Map Code # 4-026-151-298-430. The case was postponed to this date by the P&Z Commission at its regularly scheduled meeting of June 25, 2009.

7.
