AMENDED AGENDA of the DOÑA ANA COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

The Doña Ana County Board of County Commissioners at a public hearing to be held on Wednesday November 14, 2007, at 9:00 a.m. at their regular meeting in the County Commissioner’s Chambers at the Doña Ana County Government Center, 845 N. Motel Boulevard, Las Cruces, New Mexico, will consider and take final action on the following subdivision application:

Case # SD04-017: Submitted by Tierra Del Sol Housing Corporation, a Type 2 Subdivision to be known as Dos Lagos Homes Subdivision Phase II. The applicant is proposing to subdivide an 8.28-acre tract into 38 residential lots ranging in size from 0.137 acres to 0.210 acres. The property is located at the corner of Sita Way and Landers Road in Anthony NM and is further identified as being in Township 26 South, Range 3 East, Section 25.

The Doña Ana County Board of County Commissioners acting as the Board of Appeals at a public hearing to be held on Wednesday November 14, 2007 at 9:00 a.m. in the County Commissioner’s Chambers at the Doña Ana County Government Center, 845 N. Motel Boulevard, Las Cruces, New Mexico, will consider and take final action on the following Appeal:

Case # AP07-003, submitted by Southwest Engineering Inc, acting as agent for Logos Development Inc., an Appeal of a decision by the Planning and Zoning Commission denying a Preliminary Plat for the Cielo Grande Subdivision Case # SD05-002. The proposed subdivision consist of 25 lots ranging in size from 3 to 5 acres with individual wells and septic systems and is located 2.5 miles east of the intersection of Interstate 10 and High Valley Road near Vado, NM. The Board of Appeals may approve, deny or reverse the decision of the Planning and Zoning Commission, or make such modification upon the Appeal as it deems necessary, in order to protect the public interest. The decision shall be based on findings of fact.
