The 0.48-acre parcel is addressed at 6640 Rio Dorado Drive, La Mesa, NM 88044 and is located within Section 20, Township 24 South, Range 2 East. The subject property is described as Lot 26, Block #1, of the Valle Del Rio Subdivision #3 and can be further identified by Map Code Number 4-008-142-150-087.
