CASE # V07-005/GORHAM: The applicant, Richard Gorham, is requesting a 10 foot Variance to the rear yard setback of 25 feet and a Variance of 10 feet to the side yard setback of 15 feet within the ER3 Zoning District (Residential, 1-acre minimum new lot size, single-family site-built homes) to construct a 1600 square foot accessory building. The 1.11-acre parcel is located at 5875 Shalem Colony Trail, within Section 20, T22S, R1E, and can be further identified by Map Code # 4-002-130-411-500.

7. CASE #V07-007/BEALMEAR: The applicants, John and Patti R. Bealmear, are requesting a 12-foot Variance from the minimum rear yard setback of 25 feet to 13 feet within the ER3 Zoning District (Residential, 1-acre minimum new lot size, single-family site-built homes) to construct a 1620 square foot accessory building (a stable). The 1-acre parcel is located at 3782 Vaquero Place, within Section 35, T22S, R1E, and can be further identified by Map Code # 4-005-132-354-344.
