Case #Z06-017/LOGOS DEVELOPMENT: The applicants RCA Tierra, Inc.; Primera LLC. , and Philippou LLC, are requesting a zone change from ER3 and ER3M (Residential, single-family, site built and mobile homes, 1-acre lot size) to a combination of ER6 (Single family, site built home, 5,000 sq. ft. lot size) on approximately 316-acres; ER7 (Single family and multi family 5,000 sq. ft. lot size, maximum of 15 dwelling units per acre) on approximately 140-acres; and EC2 (Community commercial district for retail and personal services) on approximately 15-acres. The property is south to the Las Cruces city limits, along Stern Drive at the north side of Missionary Ridge, and is further identified by Map Code #: 4-012-143-482-332, 4-012-143-458-350, 4-012-143-360-270, 4-012-143-280-095, 4-012-142-120-300, 4-012-142-180-280, and 4-011-142-480-080. 7. Case # ETZS-06-022A: An appeal of an ETZ Commission decision to deny a wavier eliminating pro-rata roadway improvements to a proposed thoroughfare known as Sandhill Road. The wavier entails elimination of additional pavement, sidewalks, curb and guttering and street lighting conforming to City of Las Cruces Design Standards. The wavier facilitates the proposed resubdivision of Lot 5, Block 14 of the EBLT Subdivision “C”. Submitted by Zia Engineering & Environmental Consultants, LLC. for Westmoreland Ent. Ltd. Liability Co.

9. Case # V07-001/ROSALES: The applicant is requesting a variance from the minimum 1.0-acre lot size in the ER3 Zoning District (Residential, 1-acre new lot minimum, single-family site-built homes) to subdivide a 9.44-acre parcel into nine (9) parcels. However, with the required 40-foot road easement, and the 12-foot utility easement, the proposed lots range in size from 0.86 to 0.97 of an acre. The parcel is located within Section 23, Township 22S, Range 1E, is addressed at 144 Rosales Farm Road, and can be further identified by Map Code # 4-005-130-230-370.

10. CASE # APP06-003/CORONADO: The applicant, Coronado Development, LLC, is requesting an appeal of the denial of a Zone Change Request by the ETZ Commission during the July 6, 2006 hearing. Case # Z06-006, was on a 197.38-acre parcel from ER2 (Residential, 2-acre minimum new lot size, single-family site-built homes) to ER6 (Residential, 5,000 s.f. minimum new lot size, single-family site-built homes) and EC2 (Community Commercial). The Zone Change will accommodate a proposed residential subdivision and commercial site. The parcel is currently vacant. City of Las Cruces Resolution No. 06-182 authorizes the connection of city wastewater service to this location. The subject property is located east of Holman Road and south of Barksdale Loop in Section 31, T22S, R3E, and can be further identified by Map Code # 4-013-126-220-360.

11. Case # ETZS-06-060A: An appeal of an ETZ Commission decision to deny a Sketch Plan approval for the properties known as Vista Bella Subdivision. The properties are located east of Harvey Farms Road, east of Dona Ana Road traversing the Dona Ana Lateral. The properties combined acreage is 46.611+ acres with a total build-out of twenty residential lots. The properties currently have a zoning designation of ER2 (Residential, two acre minimum new lot size, site-built homes only). Submitted by BRG for DAPP, LLC.

12. Case # ETZS-06-061A: An appeal of an ETZ Commission decision to deny a preliminary plat approval for the properties known as Vista Bella Subdivision. The properties are located east of Harvey Farms Road, east of Dona Ana Road traversing the Dona Ana Lateral. The properties combined acreage is 46.611+ acres containing twenty (20) residential lots. The properties currently have a zoning designation of ER2 (Residential, two acre minimum new lot size, site-built homes only). Submitted by BRG for DAPP, LLC.
