6. CASE# V06-006/CI, LLC: The applicant is requesting a 13 foot 3 inch variance to the 82 foot front setback of a proposed cell tower, providing a 69 foot, 9 inch front setback. The 13.77-acre subject parcel is zoned EC2 (Community Commercial District) and is located at 5500 Del Rey Blvd in the Southeast Quarter, Range 1E, Township 22S, Section 14, Lot 1, Block 17, of the Wagner Subdivision. It can be further identified by Map Code Number 4-006-129-013-461.

7. CASE# ETZS-06-022A: An appeal of an Extra-territorial Zoning Commission (ETZ) decision denying a wavier to eliminate external roadway improvement for Lot 5, Block 14 of EBLT Subdivision “C”. The applicant has submitted a waiver request to eliminate required pro-rata improvements to a proposed thoroughfare known as Sandhill Road. The wavier request entails elimination of additional required pavement, sidewalks and street lighting based on recent roadway improvements constructed by Dona Ana County. The wavier will be used in conjunction with a subdivision application. The subject property is located east of Del Rey Boulevard and south of Sandhill Road.
