EXTRA-TERRITORIAL ZONING COMMISSION AGENDA

The Las Cruces Extra-Territorial Zoning Commission will consider the following agenda for a public hearing to be held on Thursday, November 02, 2006, at 7:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 200 North Church Street, Las Cruces, New Mexico.

1. Case ETZS-06-085: A request for sketch plan approval for Valle Del Rio Subdivision. The sketch plan identifies three (3) distinct parcels with a combined area of 57.18+ acres. The project will be constructed in two (2) phases with a maximum combined build-out of 44 residential lots. The properties are located west of Highway 28 traversing the future extension of Rio Dorado Drive. Submitted by Summit Engineering for Camino Real Builders.

2. Case ETZS-06-076: A request for preliminary plat approval for a subdivision known as Valle Del Rio #4. The preliminary plat identifies 12 residential lots on 13.75+ acres. The properties are located west of Highway 28 traversing the future extension of Rio Dorado Drive. Submitted by Summit Engineering for Camino Real Builders.

3. Case ETZS-06-077: A request for preliminary plat approval for a subdivision known as Valle Del Rio #5. The preliminary plat identifies 32 residential lots on 37.5+ acres. The properties are located west of Highway 28 traversing the future extension of Rio Dorado Drive. Submitted by Summit Engineering for Camino Real Builders.

4. Case ETZS-06-092: A waiver request to eliminate required road improvements along Cline Road. The subject property is located east of New Mexico State Highway 478 at 590 Cline Road and is a 7.445 + acre parcel. The request, if approved, will facilitate a proposed two (2) lot subdivision.
