5. CASE#Z06-007/SUMMIT: The applicant, Summit Development, is requesting a Zone Change on 53.86-acres from ER4M (Residential, ½-acre minimum new lot size, single-family site-built and mobile homes) to ER5 (Residential, 1/3-acre minimum new lot size, single –family site-built home). The Zone Change will accommodate a proposed residential subdivision. The parcels are currently vacant and are part of EBL&T Subdivision “C” Block 10 Lots 12-18 and 26-30. The subject property is located north of Sunland Drive in Section 18, T22S, R2E, and can be further identified by Map Code Numbers 4-007-129-039-203, 4-007-129-066-188, 4-007-129-125-188, and 4-007-129-080-104.
