NEW BUSINESS

3. Recommendation for a variance to the road standards for a Type 5 Subdivision in the Performance District to be known as North Valley Estates II (case # SD06-007). The subdivision, 110.37-acres, consists of 7 residential lots, ranging in size from 13.42-acres to 20.65-acres and consists of 2 residential cul-de-sacs, Panorama Court and Springfield Drive. The subject property is located in the community of Radium Springs, New Mexico, west of Highway 185 in Township 21 South, Range 1 west, Section 10 and can be further identified by Map Code #3-003-122-460-368. The variances being requested are:

· All access easements and internal roadways be constructed in accordance w/ DAC Type A street section and surfaced with PMBP.
· Approximately 300 feet of Springfield Drive to be constructed at 12% grade.
· The total length of Springfield Drive to be 3,944 feet.

4. Discussion and recommendation regarding the West Mesa Cox Family Partition improvement standards and dedicated public row. Paul Pompeo of Southwest Engineering to discuss.

5. DRC discussion and recommendation to the BOCC regarding the Rincon Hills Annexation. The area encompasses 210.775 acres in Section 20, Township 22 South, Range 2 East and is located west of the Las Colinas Subdivision and south of Thurmond Road. Las Cruces City Staff to discuss.

6. Discussion and recommendation of the road maintenance request for Swannack Road submitted by all adjacent landowners. County Staff to discuss
