NEW BUSINESS

3 Case # CZ06-002: A proposal to establish a Village and Community District in the communities of the Vado/ Del Cerro areas from Performance based standards to Mapped District Zoning and consider a proposal to adopt one new zoning classification; CR-AG5, Community Residential: Agriculture, 5-acre minimum lot size. The zone change will encompass an area of approximately six thousand acres (6,000).
