5. CASE#V06-006/Valles: The applicant, Jimmy M. Valles, is requesting a variance of seven feet and six inches (7.6’) from the front setback of twenty five feet (25’) for a front setback of seventeen feet and four inches (17.4’) within the ER3M Zoning District (Residential, 1-acre new lot minimum, single family site-built homes). The applicant proposes to have a front porch addition of approximately 432 square feet. The 0.18-acre subject property is located within Sec 35, T22S, R1E. The parcel is addressed at 3807 San Ysidro Road and can be further identified by Map Code Number 4-005-132-288-310.
