RECOGNITION
– The Commission will recognize retiring Sheriff’s
Deputy Oscar Ferralez for his years of service to Doña Ana County, August 16,

134-137 3. PRESENTATION – An update by Rebecca Amati on the Radium Hot
Springs Inn and its historic restoration and reopening by owners Jeff Goacher
and David Steen.

update by Rolf Hechler, New Mexico Parks Division, on the new State Park at
the Mesilla Bosque.
140 5. PRESENTATION and RESOLUTION – Commissioner Oscar Vásquez Butler will make a presentation and ask
the Board to approve a resolution declaring Rodey, New Mexico to be one of Doña Ana County’s historic communities and asking the State of New Mexico to similarly
recognize the community.
