WOMAN WANTED FOR BURGLARY, LARCENY SURRENDERS

A Las Cruces woman wanted on charges of residential burglary and larceny has turned herself in to authorities.
Aretha Weaver, 46, was wanted by Doña Ana County Sheriff’s investigators for an alleged burglary that happened Jan. 19 in the 3800 block of Westview in Doña Ana County.
Weaver surrendered to Doña Ana County sheriff’s deputies Thursday at 12 p.m. and was transported to the Doña Ana County Detention Center on charges of residential burglary and larceny, third- and fourth-degree felonies, respectively. She is being held on a $10,000 cash bond.
