CLERK’S OFFICE TOUTS NEW ONLINE DATA SEARCH SOFTWARE

The Doña Ana County Clerk’s Office has installed a new online search tool to assist the public with finding records more rapidly and efficiently.

County Clerk Lynn Ellins said the Record Fusion software package was purchased with budgeted funds at a cost of about $119,000.

All users of the system must register with the Doña Ana County Clerk’s Office. There is no fee to register or use the software. Registration can be done in person or online.

The old data search/retrieval system is being phased out. The Record Fusion system will provide access to all documents in the archives of both the Doña Ana County Clerk’s Office and the Doña Ana County Assessor’s Office.
