COUNTY SEEKS PUBLIC INPUT ON NEW, PROPOSED FIREWORKS ORDINANCE

The Doña Ana County Board of Commissioners has approved publication of a new and significantly more restrictive fireworks ordinance. Adoption of the ordinance will be considered in November. In the meantime, the Commission requests written comments from the public regarding the proposed ordinance.
