MEETING SCHEDULED IN HATCH TO DISCUSS FLOOD PREVENTION

The Doña Ana County Flood Commission Office, in conjunction with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, will host a village meeting in Hatch to discuss the 2006 summer flooding and ways to address prevention for the future, particularly in regards to the Placitas Arroyo.

The meeting will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, April 5, at Hatch High School. The public and the media are encouraged to attend.
