APPLICATION PERIOD EXTENDED FOR ETZ ZONING ORDINANCE COMMITTEE

The Doña Ana County Planning Department has extended the application deadline for individuals who would like to work on a committee whose mission will be to provide input toward a rewrite of the county’s Extra-territorial Zoning Ordinance.

The ad hoc committee will meet twice monthly and will propose amendments to the ordinance. The proposed changes will go before the ETZ Commission for consideration prior to a final recommendation to the ETZ Authority.

The Doña Ana County Extra-territorial Zoning Commission will appoint the ad hoc committee members.

To apply for membership on the ad hoc committee, send a letter of interest and a current resume to the Doña Ana County Planning Office at 430 S. Main St., Las Cruces, N.M. 88001.
