AMBER PLAN TONE TESTED

The Association of Radio Managers of Dallas/Fort Worth unveiled the official tone of "Amber's Plan" and conducted a test of the new alert system.

Named in memory of 9-year-old Amber Hagerman, who was abducted and killed in Arlington in early 1996, the plan assists police departments in disseminating information quickly over area radio stations after child abduction.
