DAC SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT PHONE SYSTEM EXPERIENCING PROBLEMS

The phone system of the Doña Ana County Sheriff’s Department is experiencing problems, in which non-emergency callers will not be able to leave messages.

Voice mail services are inaccessible to incoming calls. Technicians are working to rectify the malfunction and expect to have the system fully operational by the end of the week. The department apologizes for any inconvenience incurred while the system is down.

Mesilla Valley Regional Dispatch Authority (911 emergency dispatch) is not effected by the phone system malfunction.
