EL PASO FUGITIVE ARRESTED BY U.S. MARSHAL’S TASK FORCE

A man wanted by the El Paso Police Department on five counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon was arrested Monday by the U.S. Marshal’s Task Force, which includes Doña Ana County Sheriff’s deputies.

David Flores, 20, of Doña Ana County, had been on the 10 Most Wanted List of the El Paso Police since last November. He is being held without bond at the Doña Ana County Detention Center awaiting extradition back to Texas. He was booked into the facility at about 2 p.m.

Flores was arrested without incident at the Shell Gas Station at the corner of Main St. and Jornada Road. Task Force members were acting on a warrant out of El Paso County. Flores is being held as a fugitive from justice.
