COUNTY RESTORES INTERNAL COMPUTER SYSTEMS; WEB ACCESS EXPECTED SOON

Computer access to property and real estate records has been fully restored to the offices of the Doña Ana County Assessor, County Clerk and County Treasurer. Residents and/or businesses who need access to records from those offices may now obtain access by calling the County Courthouse or by coming in person to the appropriate office where the record is filed.

Computers are available in the Clerk’s Office for the public to use.

The county’s Information Systems staff is still working to restore external access to all records via the Internet. That accessibility is expected to be completed before the end of November, even if county staff have to work through part of the long Thanksgiving weekend.

For more information, call county Public Information Director Jess Williams at (505) 647-7229. Residents calling from outside the Las Cruces area may call toll-free at 1-877-827-7200 and request extension 7229.
