2. Approve Award from the Kellogg Foundation for the Summer Youth Program, Approve a Budget Revision in the Amount of $42,932 and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for Related Contracts and Documents – Silvia Sierra, Health and Human Services Director, will discuss.
3. Approve a Sole Source Contract with Forensic Intervention Consortium of Doña Ana County (FIC DAC) in the Amount of $82,000 for the Provision of Jail Diversion Services and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for Related Contract Documents – Silvia Sierra, Health and Human Services Director, will discuss.
4. Approve a Sole Source Contract with Community Action Agency in the Amount of $100,000 for iReach Management Information System and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for Related Contract Documents – Silvia Sierra, Health and Human Services Director, will discuss.
5. Approve Resolution to Adopt the Standing Committee’s Recommended Findings and Proposed Disposal of the Sheriff’s Department Obsolete Mobile Data Terminals – Don Bullard, Purchasing Manager, will discuss.
6. Approve Budget Revision and Budget Resolution for Local Economic Development Act (“LEDA”) Grant for a Renovation and Expansion Project at the Santa Teresa Distribution Center and Delegate Signatory Authority to County Manager for All Grant Documents – Chuck McMahon, Assistant County Manager, will discuss.
7. Approve Budget Revision and Budget Resolution for Local Economic Development Act (“LEDA”) Grant IGA #2 for Additional Funds for Water and Wastewater Projects and Delegate Signature Authority to County Manager for All Grant Documents – Sue Padilla, Interim County Manager, will discuss.
8. Approve Award of Request for Proposal 13-0044 for Legal Services and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for Related Contract Documents – John Caldwell, County Attorney, will discuss.

9. Approve Resolution Adopting Doña Ana County’s FY 13-14 Preliminary Budget – Bill Noland, Finance Director, will discuss.
10. Appoint Two Members of the Doña Ana County Airport Advisory Board – Vernon Wilson, Airport Manager, will discuss.
11. A Resolution to Approve Amending the 1989 Joint Powers Agreement of the Las Cruces Metropolitan Planning Organization between the City of Las Cruces, Doña Ana County and the Town of Mesilla – Luis Marmolejo, Senior Planner, will discuss.
CORRESPONDENCE
12. Lynn Ellins, County Clerk, will present to the Commission any claims received by Doña Ana County.


COMMISSION MAY CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION to discuss bargaining strategy in collective bargaining negotiations with the Communication Workers of America (Local 7911), and threatened or pending litigation involving a subdivision, as authorized by the Open Meetings Act, § 10-15-1 (H) (5) and (7), respectively.
