PROPOSED HATCH SUBDIVISION SEEKS PUBLIC INPUT

Doña Ana County residents are invited to participate in a public input hearing on Tuesday, June 18 at 7 p.m. regarding a proposed subdivision on South Franklin Street, just south of the Village of Hatch.

The meeting is being hosted by Salvador Martinez, the property owner of a 115-acre parcel of land slated to become H Mountain Estates. Martinez plans to create six lots ranging from almost a half-acre to lots that measure nearly five acres. There are no plans to develop a seventh lot, which is approximately 106 acres. Sewer service is reportedly already available to all proposed lots.

The meeting will take place at the Hatch Community Center, 837 Hwy 187. The Doña Ana County Community Development staff will be in attendance, along with project engineer Jaime Rodriguez.

Anyone seeking additional information may contact Rodriguez directly at (575) 521-0006 or via email, jaime@lilleyengineering.com.
