3. Proclamation Declaring June of 2013 to be Judd Nordyke Appreciation Month in Doña Ana County – Commissioner Karen Perez, Chair, will introduce proclamation.
4. Approve a Proclamation Declaring Extreme or Severe Drought Conditions in Doña Ana County and Restricting the Use of Fireworks in Certain Unincorporated Areas of Doña Ana County – Robert Monsivaiz, Fire Marshal, will discuss and proclaim.
