  • The Doña Ana County Clerk’s Office Announces Changes to Voting Early and in Person for the 2020 Primary Election in Light of the COVID-19 Pandemic

    LAS CRUCES, NM – In response to the ongoing global pandemic, the Doña Ana County Clerk’s Office is establishing precautionary procedures for voters who will be voting early and in person during the 2020 Primary Election. Early in-person voting begins on May 5 th at the Doña Ana County Government Center. It continues Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and on Saturday, May 30th from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

  • NEW RECORDING FEES TO TAKE AFFECT

    Beginning July 1, 2019 The Doña Ana County Clerk's Office will increase its recording and filing fees.  Earlier this year, House Bill 293 eliminated the $10 option for filing or recording in-person found by striking NM Stat § 14-8-15.1.
