    c. Resolution 2018-14 -- Resolution approving a minor amendment to the contract with the Executive Director, Clint Thacker
    d. Resolution 2018-15 – Awarding a Contract for Construction of the ASCMV.
    e. Resolution 2018-16 – Authorize Two (2) New Full Time Employee (FTE) Positions: Adoption Specialist
    f.  Resolution 2018-17 – Authorize Two (2) New Part Time Employee (PTE) Positions: Transport Driver
    g. Resolution 2018-18 – Authorize One (1) Additional Contract Veterinarian Position
    h. Resolution 2018-19 – Authorize Five (5) Additional Animal Caregiver (FTE), Two (2) Additional Veterinary Technician (FTE), Two (2) Additional Surgical Assistant (FTE), and Two (2) Additional Office Assistant (PTE) Positions.
VII. The BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE ANIMAL SERVICE CENTER OF THE MESILLA VALLEY WILL CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION to discuss, per the current ASCMV by-laws, the mid-year Annual Performance of Clint Thacker, the Executive Director of the Animal Service Center of the Mesilla Valley, (which is closed pursuant to Section 10-15-1-H(2), NMSA 1978).
VIII. The BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE ANIMAL SERVICE CENTER OF THE MESILLA VALLEY MAY CONVENE IN OPEN SESSION to take action, if any, on the closed session items.
