1. APPROVE A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE OPEN MEETINGS POLICY OF THE CAMINO REAL REGIONAL UTILITY AUTHORITY (“AUTHORITY”)
2. APPROVE A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE REVISED HUMAN RESOURSES POLICIES AND PROCEDURES OF THE CAMINO REAL REGIONAL UTILITY AUTHORITY (“AUTHORITY”)

 

7.  DISCUSSION/ACTION ITEMS

      A.  APPROVE BID AWARD 16-0016 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE WEST MESA WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT  TO SMITHCO CONSTRUCTION INC. CONTINGENT ON COMITTED                    FUNDING FROM IDI GAZELEY (VERDE REALTY) AND AUTHORIZE SIGNATURE AUTHORITY OVER THE RELATED CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, AMENDMENTS, AND CHANGE ORDERS TO                  THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

      B.  APPROVE THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR SANTA TERESA INTERMODAL LOGISTICS PARK PHASE II

      C.  APPROVE THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR WEST PARK LOGISTICS CENTER
