CONSENT AGENDA - The Board will be asked to approve by one motion the following items of recurring or routine business:

Approve Three Resolutions Authorizing the Execution and Delivery of Three Colonias Infrastructure Project Fund Grant Agreements for the Benefit of the Colonias of Doña Ana, Montaña Vista and Mesquite in the Total Amount of $150,000; Authorize Signature Authority to the Chair of the Board of County Commissioners and Approve Three Associated Budget Resolutions and Revisions – Paul Dugie, Flood Commission Director, will discuss.
  5. Accept the 2013 Colonias Trust Fund Award from the New Mexico Finance Authority to Fund Design of Chaparral Wastewater Phase 1C; Approve Project Resolutions, a Budget Revision and Resolution and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager on all Related Documents – Kurt Moffatt, Utilities Manager, will discuss.
  6. Approve Award of Request for Proposal 14-0024 for Towing of Seized Vehicles Services and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for Related Contract Documents – Sheriff Todd Garrison will discuss.
  7. Approve 2014 Annual Certified County Maintained Road Mileage Report and Authorize the County Commission Chair to Sign the Certification Letter – Robert Armijo, County Engineer, will discuss.
  8. Approve Resolution Renewing Contracts for Fiscal Year 2014-2015 and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager to Sign Related Documents – Connie Welles, Contract Administrator, will discuss.
  8A. Approve Mid-Year Budget Resolution and Budget Revision for the FY13-14 Budget – Bill Noland, Finance Director, will discuss.
