4. Proclaim September 17-23 as Septic Smart Week in Doña Ana County – Jess C. Williams, Director, Public Information/Commission Liaison, will read the Proclamation.

5. Proclaim the Week of September 29 – October 5 as Walk to School Week in Doña Ana County – Jess Williams, Director, Public Information/Commission Liaison, will read the Proclamation.

7. Doña Ana County Treasurer’s Financial Report for the Month of July, 2017 – Eric Rodriguez, County Treasurer, will discuss.

8. Doña Ana County Contracts Executed Between August 21, 2017 – September 1, 2017 – Pamela Wood, Contract Administrator, Purchasing Department, will discuss.

9. Approve Resolution Approving a Lease Contract between Doña Ana County and Francis Aviation, LLC, for Lease of Jetport Lot S-09 at the Doña Ana County International Jetport, Santa Teresa, New Mexico Subject to Approval by the New Mexico State Board of Finance, and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for all Related Documents – Bill Provance, Jetport Manager, will discuss.

10. Approve Award of Invitation to Bid 18-0004 Santa Teresa Hazmat Fire Station and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for Related Contract Documents – Eric Crespin, Deputy Fire Chief, will discuss.

10B. Approve Resolution Imposing the 2017 Property Tax Rates – Andy Segovia, County Assessor, will discuss.

11. Approve Resolution Ending all Past Practices Existing between Doña Ana County and the Various Collective Bargaining Units with which Doña Ana County has Contracts  - Deborah Weir, Director, Human Resources; and Nelson Goodin, County Attorney, will discuss.

12. Approve Budget Revision and Budget Resolution to add Final Revenue and Expenditures to the Doña Ana Wastewater Budget – Nora Oliver, Office Supervisor, Utilities Department, will discuss.

CORRESPONDENCE

13. Scott Krahling, County Clerk, will present to the Commission any claims received by Doña Ana County.

THE DOÑA ANA COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MAY CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION, pursuant to the attorney-client privilege to discuss pending or threatened litigation in Doña Ana County v. The Communications Workers of America, Local 7911, cause number D-307-CV-2016-02430, as authorized by the Open Meetings Act, NMSA 1978, §10-15-1 (H)(7).

THE DOÑA ANA COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONRS MAY CONVENE IN OPEN SESSION to take action, if any, on the closed session items.

THE DOÑA ANA COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ADJOURNS AS THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND THE COUNTY BOARD OF FINANCE IN OPEN SESSION.
