A.     APPROVE NEW MEXICO ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT GRANT 14-1727-STB RESOLUTION TO DELEGATE SIGNATORY AUTHORITY TO THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OR DESIGNEE FOR ALL GRANT DOCUMENTS

 

B.     APPROVE NEW MEXICO ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT GRANT 14-1728-STB RESOLUTION TO DELEGATE SIGNATORY AUTHORITY TO THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OR DESIGNEE FOR ALL GRANT DOCUMENTS

 

7.      DISCUSSION/ACTION ITEMS

A.     APPROVE BID aWARD 15-0020 FOR UPGRADE AND EXPANSION OF LIFT STATION 7 AND authorize signature authority over the related CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, AMENDMENTS, AND CHANGE ORDERS TO THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
