  1. DISCUSS AND GET BOARD DIRECTION ON DESIGNATING INDIVIDUALS TO HAVE ONLINE ACCESS TO CRRUA’S BANKING ACCOUNTS.

  1. APPROVE engineering services contract between crrua and cdm smith inc., for preparation of a wastewater master plan, AND authorize signature authority over the related CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, AMENDMENTS, AND CHANGE ORDERS TO THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR.

  1. Board may will convene in Closed Session to discuss threatened or pending litigation in which the public body is or may become a participant, as authorized by New Mexico Open Meetings Act Section 10-15-1 (7)

  1. The Board may convene in open session to take action, if any, on the closed session item.
