Approve a Resolution Declaring the Intent of Doña Ana County to Issue Industrial Revenue Bonds Entitled Doña Ana County, New Mexico Industrial Revenue Bonds (Visual Impact Preprinting, LLC Project), Series 2018, In An Aggregate Principal Amount of up to $6,500,000 in One or More Series in Connection with a Proposed Project to be Located in Doña Ana County, New Mexico, for the Purpose of Inducing Visual Impact Preprinting, LLC of Its Successors of Assigns, to Equip the Project and to Reimburse Temporary Advances Made for Capital Expenditures from Proceeds of the Bonds and Related Matters.

16. 17. Approve Resolution Superseding Resolution 2018-10 and Confirming the Board’s 2018 Appointments to Various Committees and Joint Governmental Entities—Fernando R. Macias, County Manager, will discuss.
