The Doña Ana County Development Review Committee will consider the following agenda at a Regular Meeting to be held on Thursday, September 21, 2017 at 02:00 p.m., in the County Commission Chambers of the Doña Ana County Government Center, 845 N. Motel Blvd., Las Cruces, NM 88007.

  1. Case # SD17-002: A Type II Subdivision submitted by Randy Mc Millan. The applicant is proposing 63 lots on 15.474 acres. The lots range in size from 0.181 acres to 0.227 acres. The property is identified as being in Section 3, Township 23 South, Range 3East, Property Identification Number R1705141.
  2. Case # MP17-002: Submitted by Randy McMillan a 79 acre Master Plan To be known as Las Cruces Community Farms LL[P Master Plan. The Master Plan indicates a Two Phase residential development, 15.509 acres for Phase 1, and 7.264 acres for Phase 2 and 56.891 acres of mix use for agriculture and nursery structures. The property is located in Section 3, Township 23 South, Range 3East, and Property Identification Number R1705141.
  3. Case # SD17-004: (C1) (C2)  A Type 2 Subdivision to be known as Vista Rancho Phase 1, submitted Ken Thurston Development. The subdivision consist of 44 lots ranging in size from 0.75 acres to 0.9908 acres. The property is identified as being within Section 23, Township 22 South, Range 1 East, and Property Id # R0315150.
