The Doña Ana County Labor Management Relations Board will consider the following agenda at a meeting to be held November 21, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. in Commission Chambers, first floor of the Doña Ana County Government Center, 845 North Motel Boulevard, Las Cruces, New Mexico.

    C. Approve Form of Ballot, LMRB Case 2016-01.
    D. Consider Scheduling and Other Orders, LMRB Case 2016-01.
6. EXECUTIVE SESSION
Pursuant to NMSA 1978, Section 10-15-1(H)(3) (2013), the following matters may be discussed in closed session: Doña Ana County LMRB may convene in closed session to discuss the matter styled American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees, New Mexico Council, Local 1529, AFL-CIO v. Doña Ana County Detention Center, LMRB Case 2016-01.
