The Doña Ana County Labor Management Relations Board will consider the following agenda at a meeting to be held November 7, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. in Commission Chambers, first floor of the Doña Ana County Government Center, 845 North Motel Boulevard, Las Cruces, New Mexico.

A. Approve Resolution 2016-03, Recommend “Neutral” Board Member to Serve on LMRB for 2017, and Direct Recommendation to Doña Ana County Board of County Commissioners.

B. Conduct Evidentiary Hearing on the Question Whether Sergeants are Supervisors Under PEBA in the matter styled American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees, New Mexico Council, Local 1553 [sic], AFL-CIO v. Doña Ana County Detention Center, LMRB Case 2016-01.

6. EXECUTIVE SESSION

Pursuant to NMSA 1978, Section 10-15-1(H)(3) (2013), the following matters may be discussed in closed session: Doña Ana County LMRB may convene in closed session to participate in deliberations concerning the evidentiary hearing in the matter styled American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees, New Mexico Council, Local 1553 [sic], AFL-CIO v. Doña Ana County Detention Center, LMRB Case 2016-01.
