- Request: Modification of a Zoning Condition for Case No. Z06-012 approved on November 1, 2006 by the ETA for a proposed subdivision then known as Desert View Estates Subdivision consisting of 112 one-half acre lots (0.5) on 22 acres with a one-acre area for stormwater retention to be dedicated, accepted and maintained by the County as part of a Zoning Condition for the Zone Change. The developer for the Melodies Subdivision (Arlo Albers) is requesting the Zoning Condition be modified to reflect private ownership and maintenance of the one-acre area for stormwater retention.

- MINOR SUBDIVISIONS AND LARGE LAND AREA SUBDIVISIONS REPORT FROM THE CITY OF LAS CRUCES COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT STAFF.
- Case ETZS-13-003: A request to approve La Mancha Estates Sketch Plan Amendment No. 1 in order to rectify various infrastructure issues and to be in compliance with agreements recently executed between the current landowner and the City of Las Cruces and Dona Ana County. The amendment would reduce the number of developable lots, reallocate the proposed boundaries of several lots, and adjust the ROW design. The subject property is located east of Fairacres Rd., west of S. Aries Ave., northwest of the Rio Grande, and south of the Picacho Drain and is zoned ER3. Submitted by Cruces Equity Partners LP
