1.    Case ETZS-14-019: The Oaks Unit 1, Replat No. 1 Vacation Plat. Request to vacate lot lines and utility, sewer, and right-of-way easements within The Oaks Unit 1, an ETZ Subdivision. The unbuilt subdivision is 7.29 acres, zoned ER2, and located north of Fischer Road and west of North Valley Drive. Submitted by Paul Pompeo of Southwest Engineering Inc. on behalf of Karen M. Cody and Susan K. McQueen, property owners.
