The Doña Ana County Planning and Zoning Commission will consider the following agenda at a Regular Meeting to be held on Thursday, August 10, 2017 at 9:00 a.m., in the County Commission Chambers of the Doña Ana County Government Center, 845 N. Motel Blvd., Las Cruces, NM 88007:

a) Case# V17-004: Submitted by R-Qubed Energy, Inc., Souder, Miller & Associates, Agent, are requesting a Variance to the maximum accessory structure height of forty-five ft. (45’) within an I2 (Medium Industrial) Zone. The applicants are proposing to construct 7 structures eighty-four ft. (84’) in height and one structure fifty-eight and four-tenths ft. (58.4’) in height as part of a proposed anaerobic digestion, composting and water treatment facility on a 60.7-acre subject parcel located at 13085 Stern Dr., southeast of Mesquite, NM. The subject parcel is within Section 5 & 6, Township 25 South, Range 3 East, recorded on October 15, 2012 under Instrument #1225433, in the Doña Ana County Clerk’s office. It can be further identified by Parcel Acct. #R1702842.
