The Doña Ana County Planning and Zoning Commission will consider the following agenda at a Regular Meeting to be held on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at 9:00 a.m., in the County Commission Chambers of the Doña Ana County Government Center, 845 N. Motel Blvd., Las Cruces, NM 88007:

  1. Roll Call of Officers
  2. Approval or Changes to the Agenda
  3. Approval of Minutes:  Regular Meeting of April 12, 2018
  4. Election of Officers:  Chair, Vice-chair and Secretary
  5. Old Business:
    1. Case #Z18-004 / DAC: Request for a County-initiated zone change from C2 (Community Commercial) Zone to C3 (Regional Commercial) Zone on two properties totaling 14.65 acres in order to correct a zoning classification error on the official County Zoning Map. The property is owned by Miguel Guillen and is addressed as 20100 & 20110 Stern Drive in Berino, NM. The properties are described as being within Section 2, T26S, R3E; recorded in the Doña Ana County Clerk’s Office on June 28, 2010 as Instrument #1016437 and June 9, 2016 as Instrument #1612853, and can be further identified by Parcel #’s R1718972 & R1718973.
