The Doña Ana County Planning and Zoning Commission will consider the following agenda at a Regular Meeting to be held on Thursday, June 22, 2017 at 9:00 a.m., in the County Commission Chambers of the Doña Ana County Government Center, 845 N. Motel Blvd., Las Cruces, NM 88007.

    1. Case # Z17-010: a County-initiated zone change from I2 (Medium Industrial) Zone to C2 (Community Commercial) Zone on multiple properties totaling 7.91 acre parcel in order to correct a zoning classification error on the official Zoning Map for Doña Ana County. The property is owned by Younis Revocable Trust and is located on the northeast corner of Stateline Drive and Schneberger Road in Chaparral NM. It is described as being within Section 36, Township 2 South and Range 5 East. It was recorded in the Doña Ana County Clerk’s Office on April 28, 2016 as Instrument #1609081 and can be further identified by Parcel #s R1712597, R1710547, R1718776, R1718777, R1718778 and R1718779. 
    2. Case # V17-002: Submitted by Taylor Road Development LLC, a request for road access Variances for the proposed Development known as Vista Rancho Subdivision. The Variances include construction requirements of minor local roadway cross sections within Phase 1 of the proposed Subdivision, improvement/upgrade requirements for Taylor Road, and a Variance to the cross section for Lopez Road. The 146.69-acre parcel is located west of the intersection of E. Taylor Road and El Nido Road, in Las Cruces, NM, within Township 22 South, Range 1 East, and Sections 25 & 23, recorded on August 10, 2004 under Instrument # 0426120, in the Doña Ana County Clerk’s office. It can be further identified by Parcel #s R0305802 & R0315150.
    3. Discussion on Proposed Amendments to the Unified Development Code (UDC), Janine Divyak to discuss.
