a) Case # Z17-003: Doña Ana County is seeking a County-initiated zone change from T2 (Rural) Zone to T3 (Neighborhood Edge) Zone on a 31.32 acre parcel in order to correct a zoning classification error on the official County Zoning Map for the proposed La Union Estates Subdivision. The property is owned by La Union Investment Group, LLC and is located on McNutt Rd., west of the intersection of NM 28 and Westside Dr. near the NM-TX state line. It is described as being within Sections 33 and 34, T27S, R3. It was recorded in the Doña Ana County Clerk’s Office on August 16, 2011 as Instrument # 1118915 and can be further identified by Parcel # R1718939.

b) Case # Z17-004: Doña Ana County is seeking a County-initiated zone change from T2 (Rural) Zone to T3 (Neighborhood Edge) Zone on a 115.21 acre parcel in order to correct a zoning classification error on the official County Zoning Map for the proposed H Mountain Estates Subdivision. The property is owned by Salvador and Adela Martinez and is located on Spring Canyon Rd, south of the Village of Hatch. It is described as being within Section 16, T19S, R3W. It was recorded in the Doña Ana County Clerk’s Office on July 26, 2006 in Book 21, Pages 718-719 and can be further identified by Parcel # R1203727.

c) Case # Z17-005: Doña Ana County is seeking a County-initiated zone change from T2 (Rural) Zone to R5-L (Rural Density Residential-Limited) Zone on a 20.66 acre parcel in order to correct a zoning classification error on the official County Zoning Map. The property is owned by Vetlaw Development, LLC and is located south of Organ, NM. It is described as being within Section 12, T22S, R3E. It was recorded in the Doña Ana County Clerk’s Office on March 25, 2009 as Instrument # 0907957 and can be further identified by Parcel # R0314525.

d) Case # Z17-006: Doña Ana County is seeking a County-initiated zone change from D2 (Medium Density Residential) Zone to C2 (Community Commercial) Zone on a 8.13 acre parcel in order to correct a zoning classification error on the official County Zoning Map. The property is owned by Dan, Jerry and Earlene Delaney and is located at the intersection of Nasa Road and Bataan Memorial West. It is described as being within Sections 2, T22S, R3E. It was recorded in the Doña Ana County Clerk’s Office on March 20, 2013 as Lot #8 of the Nasa Road Subdivision under Instrument # 1201016 and can be further identified by Parcel # R0329831.

e) Case # Z17-007: Doña Ana County is seeking a County-initiated zone change from C1 (Neighborhood Commercial) Zone to D2-L (Medium Density Residential-Limited) Zone on 25 acres out of the 35.36 acre parcel in order to correct a zoning classification error on the official County Zoning Map. The property is owned by Tierra Del Sol Housing Corp and is located south of the intersection of Highline Road and Vado Drive, in the Community of Vado, NM. It is described as being within Section 21, T25S, R3E. It was recorded in the Doña Ana County Clerk’s Office on July 22, 2016 under Instrument # 1616423 and can be further identified by Parcel # R1704136.

f) Case # Z17-008: Doña Ana County is seeking a County-initiated zone change from T2 (Rural) Zone and D1-L (Low Density Residential-Limited) Zone to N (Natural) Zone and D2-L (Medium Density Residential-Limited) on multiple parcels totaling approximately 54.06 acres in order to correct a zoning classification error on the official County Zoning Map. The property is owned by Submit Development of Las Cruces, LLC and is located North of Sunland Avenue and South of Sal Si Puedes Rd. It is described as being within Section 18, T22S, R2E and also as Lots 12-18 and 26-29 of the EBL & T C Subdivision recorded in the Doña Ana County Clerk’s Office on August 4, 1911, in Book 4 Page 43. It was recorded in the Doña Ana County Clerk’s Office on September 8, 2006 under Instrument # 0631844 and can be further identified by Parcel #s R0324184, R0306558, R0323614, R0323613 and R0323615.

g) Case # Z17-009: Doña Ana County is seeking a County-initiated zone change from T2 (Rural) Zone to T3 (Neighborhood Edge) Zone on a 5.00 acre parcel in order to correct a zoning classification error on the official County Zoning Map. The property is owned by Spanda Ventures, LLC, and is located south of Minter Road, southwest of Mesquite, NM. It is described as being within Section 12, T25S, R2E. It was recorded in the Doña Ana County Clerk’s Office on October 10, 2013 under Instrument # 1326502 and can be further identified by Parcel # R1710435.
