The Doña Ana County Planning and Zoning Commission will consider the following agenda at a Regular Meeting to be held on Thursday, September 28, 2017 at 9:00 a.m., in the County Commission Chambers of the Doña Ana County Government Center, 845 N. Motel Blvd., Las Cruces, NM 88007:

 

  1. Roll Call of Officers
  2. Approval or Changes to the Agenda
  3. Approval of Minutes:  None
  4. Old Business: 
    1. Update on the proposed Amendment No. 1 to the Unified Development Code (UDC), Janine Divyak to discuss.
  5. New Business:
    1. Case # MP17-002: Submitted by Randy McMillan a 79 acre Master Plan to be known as Las Cruces Community Farms LLP Master Plan. The Master Plan indicates a two phase residential development, 15.509 acres for Phase 1, 7.264 acres for Phase 2 and 56.891 acres of mix use for agriculture and nursery uses and structures. The property is located at the former McAnally Farm and is within Section 3, Township 23 South, Range 3East, and Property Identification No. R1705141. The applicant is requesting tabling this case.
    2. Case # SD17-002: A Type II Subdivision submitted by Randy Mc Millan. The applicant is proposing 63 lots on 15.474 acres. The lots range in size from 0.181 acres to 0.227 acres. The property is located at the former McAnally Farm and is within Section 3, Township 23 South, Range 3East and Property Identification No. R1705141. The applicant is requesting tabling this case.
    3. Case # SD17-004:  A Type 2 Subdivision to be known as Vista Rancho Phase 1, submitted Ken Thurston Development. The subdivision consists of 44 lots ranging in size from 0.75 acres to 0.99 acres. The property is located at the southwest intersection of El Camino Real and Taylor Roads and is identified as being within Section 23, Township 22 South, Range 1 East, and Property Identification No. R0315150.
